Useful info about Diabetes

Read from a health magazine. Keeping it here for ease of reference. The table of GI (Glycemimic Index) is very useful (plus good explanation of what is GI).

It’s interesting to know that “Bitter Melon bittermelonreduces blood glucose levels among patients with type 2 diabetes“; and “Ginseng Berry ginsengberry normalizes blood glucose levels and improves the body’s sensitivity to insulin“.
