Life long sharing . . .

《一封惊动了教育部的家书》

Posted on: October 10, 2015

Something I read from http://j.news.163.com/#detail/99/B5FNMD5V052585N3, a letter by a lecturer father to her college going daughter.

I like what he shared about moral the most. “Morality is a practice; Kindness should not exist in the mind only.

And I like how he explained and refuted the theory of “studying is useless” (supported by people don’t study also can become rich). There are things that you can’t trade using money.

And about reading, yes, totally agree. As he pointed out not all books are good books. He even warned: “非善勿进 don’t even get near if it’s not a good one“. Hahaha, yes, it’s true. I have thrown away a few books. Rubbish. Ya, I am taking his advice and trying to go for classic… the problem is lack of time.. he spotted this problem also. Brilliant!
